Welcome to West Coast Martial Arts - Newark! Taking Martial Arts provides stress relief, increased stamina for added energy, flexibility to keep your body young, weight loss and muscle toning to keep you fit, and also improves concentration.



For children, Martial Arts will help them discover inner confidence and strength. Our program teaches the importance of focus, self-control, respect, self-discipline, and self-defense. All of these are essential elements for every child's growth.
