RCJ Machado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and no ghi MMA

Learn and train in the popular and challenging art of Machado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and submission grappling used by many top Mixed Martial Arts competitors. Many of our students are not interested in competing but want the training and knowledge they can learn training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. "Lil Ninjas" Dynamic Martial Arts and Acrobatics

"Lil Ninjas" is a exciting and dynamic program for your child. Children learn in a disciplined but fun environment. This is not a play around class so their skills, focus and athleticism are greatly enhanced. We combine martial arts and performing arts with gymnastics and self defense. We have a padded trampoline in the floor of our school with safety and excitement as our professional staff`s #1 goal. Motivation, goal setting and life skills are also help kids prepare for the challenges of today. Kids improve school grades and learn to focus energy more constructively.
