How many Cardio Kickboxing Classes can I take per week?
You can take as many classes per week as you wish.
Can I put my Cardio program on hold?
Cardio programs cannot be put on hold. You can however cancel if you satisfy the 3 month minimum.
How do I cancel my Cardio Kickboxing Program?
The first step is to put a request for cancellation in writing to the school. It can be mailed, e-mailed, or brought in person to the school. To be eligible to cancel your program you must satisfy the 3 month minimum.
Does my program automatically cancel after my three month membership?
No. You must e-mail, mail, or bring in person a cancellation letter to request a cancellation.
How do I change my billing information?
You can bring in writing new credit card information or checking account information (a voided check from your new account), to the school. You can also give this information update to the billing company: Educational Funding Company (301) 654-8677.

How many Martial Arts classes can I take per week?
You can take up to 3 classes a week on a regular program. Black Belt Club & XPT members can come to as many times a week as they wish in accordance to their belt level schedule.
When do I renew my yearly Martial Arts membership?
The West Coast Association membership is renewed by all students in January of each year.
When do I pay for testing for my next rank belt?
Your instructor will give you an application to test. You must fill it out front and back and turn it in to the front desk. The application must be turned in 1 week before testing to avoid a late fee and to get pre-tested.
How do I join the Black Belt or XPT Club?
Before your initial enrollment expires, you can make an appointment to speak to the program director. At that time he or she will go over your options for continuing your program. At this point you are eligible for the Black Belt and XPT Club. The Black Belt Club is a program for members offering discounts on merchandise and events, and special programs for Black Belt Club members only. The XPT is the extreme performance team that has all the perks of the Black Belt Club and additional classes such as Gymnastics and Cardio. This is the group that will be working towards being on Ernie Reyes World Association -Team New Albany which is our Demo Team.
Do you have family rates?
Yes we do. If you wish to enroll additional family members we offer substantial savings. .
Can I put my Martial Arts program on hold if I am sick, on vacation or on a business trip?
Your martial arts program can be put on hold if you are going to be out for more than 30 days. You can call, e-mail, mail or bring in a request to hold the program. Holding the program will not stop the payments. Holding the program will extend your expiration date.
How do I cancel my martial arts program?
You would be able to cancel your program if you are moving away from a school (25 miles) or if you have a medical note. Refer to the back of your agreement. If you satisfy any of the conditions put a request in writing to the school by mail, or in person.
What kind of classes do you have?
We have different programs to fit each person or family. Traditional Martial Arts classes to fitness kickboxing and strength training, Lil ninjas kids class, Machado Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes, Ghi and no Ghi,and Mixed Martial arts classes for kids and teens. We have a trampoline in the floor for gymnastics and acrobatics training. We have Cane and weapons weekly and private lessons for executives. We can set up a special schedule for the whole family.
How much does it cost?
Depending on what days and times, adult or kids classes start at $49. a month for 1 day a week and regular programs will average around $10. or $12. per class for 3 days a week. We have family discounts and will help each student create a program to fit your budget.
How young can you start?
About 5 years of age is about when a child can focus and pay attention for a full 45 minute class but it really depends on the child. During their introductory class we will evaluate them and if they can focus and take instruction then they will probably do very well and can get started right away.
Do you have classes for women?
We have a lot of women and girls doing all the different classes. West Coast is a very family friendly place and fun and safe for all students.
If my child has ADD/ ADHD, Autism or MS, etc can they still participate?
We have a lot of experience working with ADD/ ADHD, autism, MS, Cerebral Palsy, and physical disabilities of many kinds. Each candidate in the above category is evaluated and a special program or lesson schedule will be discussed on a case by case basis.
I hurt myself at another school because the Instructor was not very experienced and failed to show me proper technique.
We pride ourselves in helping all of our students from beginner to advanced develop excellent technique, proper form, and step by step quality individual instruction with safety as #1 consideration. We can also help you thru any injuries you have or had and teach you how to train thru the limitations and eventually improve your overall health and athletic ability and maximum functionality of the injured area.
What time are your classes?
The schedule changes a little each month so call the school at 782-8343 for class time, days and special events.
Do you have morning or weekend classes?
Currently we only offer private classes during the day. We have one or two classes on the weekend and you can refer to the schedule for weekly class times.
